The biggest transformation happened in the bathrooms. Both the primary and guest bathrooms were completely remodeled, but every design decision was made with the home’s era in mind. We wanted the new spaces to feel as though they had always belonged there while offering the comfort, functionality, and quality today’s homeowners expect.

The primary bathroom is a true highlight. As you walk in, you’re welcomed by beautiful terrazzo flooring featuring warm terra-cotta tones and stunning avocado greens—a perfect tribute to the iconic color palette of the 1970s. The combination creates a fresh yet nostalgic atmosphere that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home.
